What is the difference between AI consulting and mentoring?
A consultation is a one-off or short-term engagement focused on solving a specific problem (e.g. "We need to choose an AI tool for customer support" or "We want to audit our processes"). Mentoring is a long-term partnership (e.g. 3–6 months) in which I guide you or your key people to become experts yourselves. We meet regularly, work through your agenda, and grow your skills in real time.
Do I need technical knowledge or programming to adopt AI?
Not at all. Modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are built around natural language. My role is to translate complex technical concepts into plain, understandable language. If a technical integration is needed (e.g. via API or Make.com), I'll handle it or guide you on how to brief your IT department.
How do you handle the security of our company data?
Security is priority number one. We never feed sensitive data into public models for training. I'll teach you how to set up "Privacy" modes in your tools, how to distinguish public from internal data, and I'll help you create an internal AI policy. I work in line with GDPR and AI Act principles.
Does the collaboration happen online, or do you come to us?
Most consulting and mentoring runs efficiently online (Google Meet/Teams/Zoom), which saves time and allows instant screen sharing. For clients in and around Brno, or for full-day strategic workshops, I'm happy to meet you in person at your company.
Do you have experience with the specific tools we already use?
I specialize in the entire generative AI ecosystem. Whether your company uses Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT Team/Enterprise, I can help you get the most out of them. I also have know-how in automation platforms (Make, n8n), which are key to connecting AI with your company systems.
