Science Corporation has developed the PRIMA system, which combines a miniature sub-retinal implant with smart glasses equipped with a camera. This approach bypasses the damaged cells and sends visual information directly to the brain. Clinical trials in Europe and the United States are already showing positive results.
• Brightpick Autopicker Managed to Combine Mobility, 3D Vision, and Artificial Intelligence in One Robot — At Slovak startup Brightpick, they developed robots that are the first in the world to combine a mobile base, 3D vision, a robotic arm, and artificial intelligence. These Autopickers are already working in real warehouses today, picking medications at a rate of 50–80 items per hour with virtually no errors. While the competition remains in the planning stage, the Slovak solution actually works.
